Alejandro Celis

was born in Sta. Cruz, Mla 1899. BFA UP, 1937. After graduation, was sponsored by Dr. Andres Soriano Sr to travel to the US. Taught at La Concordia College while working in different commercial enterprises. Professor at UST until his retirement in 1969. Younger brother of artist Domingo Celis
